Communications & Signal Processing
Communications & Signal Processing (ComSP) Lab is devoted to advanced
research activities in the broad areas of communications and signal
processing, with a special focus on wireless communications. The key
research lines at ComSP Lab are:
-
Communications techniques (MIMO, physical layer security,
reconfigurable intelligent surfaces) for a wide set of scenarios
(wireless, underwater acoustic, power line, vehicular)
-
Robust signal processing solutions for future wireless communications
-
Wireless channel modeling, including Bayesian methods for model
selection
-
Machine learning for next generation cellular communications,
including prototyping over software defined radios
-
Information theory with emphasis on semantics and timing‐aware
communications for humans and/or machines
-
LEO satellite constellations for IoT
-
Wireless powered communications.
